6. Description of Amendment

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Delete Lease Paragraph 1.08, “PERCENTAGE OF OCCUPANCY FOR TAX ADJUSTMENT (OCT

2024)” in its entirety.
2. Delete Lease Paragraph 2.06, “REAL ESTATE TAX ADJUSTMENT (MAY 2026)” in its entirety. 3. Delete Lease Paragraph 7.04, “TENANT IMPROVEMENTS” in its entirety and replace with the following:

7.04 ORDER OF PRECEDENCE BETWEEN LEASE AND AGENCY SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

In the event of any inconsistency between this Lease and the Agency Specific Requirements (ASR) attached as Exhibit C, the requirements contained in the ASR shall govern, including design, construction, maintenance, repair, replacement, operational, and performance requirements. 4. Delete RLP Paragraph 3.05, “TENANT IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDED IN OFFER” (FEB 2026) in its entirety and replace with the following:

3.05 TENANT IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDED IN OFFER (FEB 2026)

A. Tenant Improvement Allowance Pricing.

The TI Allowance is $350.00 per ABOA SF (TIs are the finishes and fixtures that typically take Space from the shell condition to a finished, usable condition.) The TI Allowance must be used for the build-out of the Space in accordance with the Government approved design intent drawings. All TIs required by the Government for occupancy must be performed by the successful Offeror as part of the rental consideration, and all improvements must meet the quality standards and requirements of this RLP package and its attachments.

Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of this Amendment No. 1 by signing and returning this amendment no later than 4:00 PM local time on October 30, 2026.
Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in item 1, as heretofore changed, remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
