Please refer to Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) 4NJ0299-1 that solicits lease proposals for space in Ft Lee, NJ.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------Request for Lease Proposals No. 4NJ0299-1 is hereby amended as follows: 1. R100 Section 1.02(A) – AMOUNT AND TYPE OF SPACE, LEASE TERM, AND OCCUPANCY DATE (FEB 2026) shall be replaced with the following:
“A.
The Government is seeking a minimum of 24,936 to a maximum of 26,183 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Occupant Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous space within the Area of Consideration set forth below. See Section 2 of the Lease for applicable ANSI/BOMA standards.”
2. Combined Advertisement and Procurement Summary
The minimum and maximum ABOA square footage requirements are revised to reflect the following: •

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 24,936 SF
Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 26,183 SF
The revised R100 and Combined Advertisement and Procurement Summary, issued with this amendment, supersede the previously issued versions of these documents. All other terms and conditions of the RLP remain unchanged. All respondents to this RLP shall acknowledge receipt of this Amendment No. 2 by signing in the space provided below.
