Water Chemical Testing Consult Serv Water Chemical Testing Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) – Butner, North Carolina Dear Quoter:
This notice serves as a supplementary update to the solicitation for the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Butner Water Chemical Testing Consult Serv Water Chemical Testing requirement. A site visit has been scheduled for Monday, September 21, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. EST at FCC Butner (Employee Development Training Center), Old Highway 75, Butner, NC 27509. All interested vendors are strongly encouraged to attend, as this visit will provide an opportunity to review the facility environment, clarify technical requirements, and ensure full understanding of the scope of work.
Important Requirements for Attendance:
Background Check Form
All prospective visitors must submit a completed background check form no later than Wednesday, September 16th at noon EST. Access to the institution cannot be granted without an approved background check. Completed forms may be emailed to Stephen Rice, [email protected]
Arrival Instructions
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for processing through security and verification of authorized access. Visitors must bring a valid government-issued photo ID on the day of the visit. Safety Requirements
Visitors must comply with all institutional safety and security directives. safety toe shoes are required. Cell phones, cameras, and recording devices are not permitted inside the facility. Any photographs taken will be taken by the institution staff and posted to this announcement within 2 business days of the visit along with Q&A’s asked at the visit.
