This procurement is 100% SDVOSB set-aside. This is a Request for Proposals; Offers are due at the date indicated on page 1 of the RFP. Late responses or modifications are not anticipated to be accepted at this time.
Currently there are two amendments posted to the solicitation The purpose of the site walk is to view the site. No verbal statements made are binding or change the terms and conditions of the solicitation. The purpose of this site walk is not to answer any questions about the solicitation, project, or otherwise. Deadline for RFI is 10/13/2026 at 10:00 AM MT. Contractors may still submit RFI past the date, however VA may not have time to respond to them. Due to the timing of this procurement, we want to get the project to award and are therefore not planning to extend the proposal due date.

There was transfer of file challenge with SAM.gov. The correct RFP is 36C26027R0002-1cv RFP_Amend 0001 Atch posted on September 23rd.
