COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
HVAC Unit Replacement at Battle Mountain NV, Phoenix AZ, & Flagstaff AZ. (i) Overview. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1305M327Q0010 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for the HVAC Unit Replacement in Battle Mountain NV, Phoenix AZ, & Flagstaff AZ.
This acquisition is a Total Small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238220. The small business size standard is $19.0M.

Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary to remove and replace two existing Bard HVAC units at the National Weather Service radar site located near Battle Mountain, NV, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Period of Performance for this contract shall not exceed 240 calendar days from the purchase order award.
