ISO Purpose

ARPA-H seeks proposals from all eligible entities (see Section 3, Eligibility Information) to accomplish the SURPASS program goals as described in this solicitation package. Ultimately, ARPA-H intends to negotiate multiple OT Agreements with Proposers whose proposals are most advantageous to the government.
1.2

ISO Questions and Answers

All questions regarding this ISO must be submitted to [email protected]. ARPA-H will post Q&As to the SURPASS program webpage on an on-going basis and will not respond to questions directly, except when appropriate. All questions must be submitted in English and must include the name, e-mail address, and telephone number of a point of contact. Proposers

submitting questions to individual government team members (e.g., Program Manager) should not expect a response. ARPA-H will attempt to answer questions in a timely manner; however, questions submitted after the Q&A due date may not be answered. Further, duplicative questions may be combined and rephrased to streamline responses.
