II. Nature and/or description of the action being approved. 635 MMS requires Large-Area-Military-Shelter (LAMS) Dome Shelter Training for set up of 4k and 8k Dome Shelter Tents. Celina Tents is because they are the only manufacturer and supplier of this training that can meet the mission requirements. We have added the proprietary letter from Celina in DEAMS. III. Description of supplies/services required to meet agency needs. 635 MMS Requires LAMS V Training on Holloman AFB for 10 Days.
