exclusively with cooling fan assemblies designed and manufactured by IEA, Inc. in accordance with proprietary Drawing Number 13635436. These fan assemblies possess unique physical dimensions, electrical footprints, and thermal management capabilities that are proprietary to IEA, Inc. The use of any non-OEM components would introduce unacceptable operational risks, including a high probability of system overheating. This would void existing technical certifications for the radar's power generation system and compromise the operational readiness of a mission-critical missile defense asset. No other commercial part can meet the strict form, fit, and function requirements of this fielded military system.
