Sole Source Notice

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, BUMED intends to acquire, via sole source acquisition, commercial internet services for the Naval Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC), located at 564 Sanda Avenue, Williamsburg VA 23185. It is the intent of the Government to process this procurement under FAR Part 13 procedures and to ultimately award a firm fixed priced (FFP) purchase order on a sole-source basis to Cox Communications Hampton Roads. Performance is anticipated to begin on 15 August 2026 through 14 August 2029. The NAICS code is 517111, with a business size standard of 1,500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes – however, the Government will consider information received by the specified response date. Information received as a result of this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice.
