1. We would like to know if this is a brand-new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?
Previous contract has expired. The contract number was W9124723D0011 and incumbent is Win Aviation.
2. Which is the correct contract number: This is listed in the solicitation W91247-26-QA031 on page 39, but Sam.Gov posting is W91247-27-Q-A004. This was corrected with amendment 001. Correct Solicitation number is W9124727QA004.
3. For Pricing: you have listed Job. I need clarification on how you want the pricing. You have listed Job, so I have no total blade hours, and no ferry hours listed, so do you want just one blade hour for pricing listed under Job requirement? We need pricing for just one blade hour, but we need the breakdown for the one blade hour as directed in the solicitation Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services on page 39. The total estimate for one year is 30 hours and 150 hours total for the 5-year ordering period. A 5-year pricing schedule is required to incorporate any associated escalation for all categories.
