Attached is a solicitation package issued by the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Field Acquisition Office (FAO), for the provision of Optometrist Services at the Federal Correctional Complex located in Oakdale, Louisiana. The solicitation package contains the information necessary for the preparation and submission of a quotation. Interested quoters are responsible for carefully reviewing the solicitation in its entirety and complying with all instructions, requirements, and submission procedures. Failure to provide all required documentation and information, as outlined within Section L, “Quotation Submission Instructions,” may result in the quotation being excluded from consideration for award. Contractors must comply with FAR 52.222-54, Employment Eligibility Verification (EVerify), by enrolling in the E-Verify program within 30 days of contract award and initiating employee verification within 90 days of enrollment. Quotations must be received no later than the deadline specified in Block 8 of Standard Form (SF) 1449, page 1 of the solicitation. Quotations shall be submitted electronically in PDF format to [email protected]. Quotations will be considered received at the time reflected in the email notification.
