THIS ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT BOA HOLDERS

The work to be performed under the terms of this Order consists of furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to accomplish the repair/replacement of the compromised structural integrity of B1134 east post and north wall (South 40). The shear braces on the north wall have eroded/degraded to the point of possible failure. The base of Post 34 has eroded/degraded to the point of possible failure at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma (reference the project drawings for additional location information).
THE ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN Magnitude of Construction: $100,000 - $250,000 Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer Please see Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Factors for Award, attached in Section J for specific information regarding this solicitation.
