Dear Prospective Offerors:
SUBJECT: Solicitation Number 19GR1027Q0001
Furniture refinishing services
The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for furniture refinishing services for residential and/or office furniture for the U.S. Embassy Athens, Greece.
Your quotation must be submitted electronically by email with the subject line “Quotation 19GR1027Q0001 Enclosed” to [email protected] on or before 12:00 pm (Athens Time) on November 20, 2026. Quotations submitted to any other email address or after the cut-off date and time will not be accepted. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 25MB. If the file size should exceed 25MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 25MB each. Offerors are advised to check their inbox for the automated email acknowledgement confirming receipt of their submission. If no acknowledgment is received, it may indicate the submission was not successfully delivered, and follow-up action may be required. The U.S. Government intends to award an agreement to a responsible company that submits an acceptable quotation and at the lowest price. We intend to award an agreement based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies that are in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
