COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION

FIRE APPARATUS INTERCOM SYSTEM UPLIFT AND INSTALLATION

This combined synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Operational Contracting Division, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) FA282326Q0065 to establish a contract for FIRE APPARATUS INTERCOM SYSTEM UPLIFT AND INSTALLATION. All work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) Salient Characteristics, dated 11 June 2026 Statement of Work (SOW), and will be executed as Firm-Fixed-Price contract.
This acquisition is a 100 percent Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 811121 (Automotive Body, Paint, and Interior Repair and Maintenance), which carries a size standard of $9 million. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is N059. Offerors must clearly identify their business size status within their quotations to be considered eligible for award.

CONTRACT DURATION & LIMITATIONS:

Period of Performance Completed within 90 calendar days after award.

DELIVERY TERMS:

All deliverables shall be provided Free on Board (FOB) Destination. The contractor is responsible for all shipping, handling, and delivery costs, which shall be fully burdened and included within the proposed price for CLIN 0001.
This solicitation incorporates Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) provisions and clauses by reference IAW RFO 52.252-1, with full text available at www.acquisition.gov. RFO 52.212-1 and RFO 52.212-2 are incorporated by reference with addenda tailored to this acquisition.
