Dear MATOC Contractors:
Reference is made to your Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC), Numbers W912P523D0001 through W912P523D0007 to provide Design/Build Construction Services within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries.
This letter serves as Amendment 0003 to Solicitation Number W912QR-62373550 for the Soo Lock Fire Alarm Modernization in Sault Sainte Marie, MI. The basis for award of this task order is still lowest evaluated price. Please complete the price breakout schedule, to include the labor category table demonstrating the use of the binding rates included in your MATOC contract. The submitted price breakdown should include sufficient detail to allow the Government to verify that your proposed price incorporates the binding rates from your base contract. Any level of effort shown in the submitted information will not be used for evaluation purposes and will be used only to ensure that the proposal is in compliance with the binding rates from the base contract. Offers providing less than 90 calendar days for Government acceptance after the due date of offers may not be considered and may be rejected.
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for proposals. Proposals are now due no later than 11:00 AM ET on 0 October 2026. Submit your proposal electronically through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) solicitation module. Proposals not received by the stated date/time will not be considered. Please acknowledge receipt of this Amendment by signing below in the space provided and returning to Megan Murphy via email.
Payment and Performance Bonds will still be required for this project. The Notice to Proceed will be issued after receipt and approval of the bonds. All questions regarding this Amendment as well as the entire solicitation must be submitted via ProjNet.
