STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

1. Scope of Work. Utilizing Google Maps via the shortest route, the contractor shall provide hotel lodging facilities within a 10-mile commute to any or all of the following locations:

107th Attack Wing, 9910 Blewett Avenue, Niagara Falls ARS, NY 14304

274th ASOS, 6001 East Molloy Road, Syracuse NY, 13211

222 CACS, 525 Brooks Avenue, Rome, NY 13441

222 CACS, 8000 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, VA 22060

Contract hotel room lodging facilities located within this 10-mile commute radius shall, except as specified in this Statement of Work (SOW) as government furnished property or services, provide all personnel, supervision, and any property, items, and services necessary to provide contract lodging and feeding for the members of the 107th Attack Wing, Niagara Falls ARS, NY and its geographically separated units located in Syracuse & Rome, NY as well as Alexandria, VA. Contract lodging & feeding facilities shall perform and provide the requirements in this SOW and conform to the professional standards identified in this contract, and shall follow all applicable instructions and directives as identified by this SOW. Tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: Providing rooms, and related services for the New York Air National Guard personnel and other such personnel as designated, participating in or supporting weekend Regularly Scheduled Drills (RSD), Inactive Duty Training (IDT), and Active Duty for Training Statuses (AT).

Contract feeding is also needed at the Syracuse & Rome, NY as well as Alexandria, VA locations which is broken out in the following paragraphs.

1.1 Lodging & Feeding Program Info.

The contractor is required to provide an automated means for individual service members to submit their lodging & feeding reservations. Acceptable would be a smart app or the use of an automated lodging reservation system. The Government prefers service members are required to provide a credit or debit card on file prior to making any Government-paid reservation to cover down on room damages, incidentals, and any instances of service member no-shows.
