The solicitation is anticipated to be advertised in late October 2026. The site visit will be held on October 21, 2026, at 0800 at Effigy Mounds Visitors Center (151 Hwy 76 Harpers Ferry, IA 52146) •

Please prepare for all weather conditions and to be on site from 0800-1100 CST. Please RSVP to Stormy Gallagher at [email protected] NLT Friday, October 16, 2026 @ 2:30 pm MST. Seats for the site visit are limited, and we cannot ensure that you will be allowed to participate if you do not RSVP. There is not a site visit being held after the release of the RFP due to weather conditions. Additional Information: No proposal package or solicitation is available with this notice.
