This Sources Sought Notice is not a Request for Quote and does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Government is currently conducting market research in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 10, to identify potential sources to fulfill the requirement and gather information on current capabilities of businesses within the market. All information submitted in response to the Sources Sought Notice is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Proprietary information submitted should be marked appropriately. In preparation for an anticipated upcoming procurement, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division, on behalf of the National Ocean Service (NOS), Office of Coast Survey (OCS), is conducting market research to determine potential sources for purchasing Coast Pilot Production System (CPPS) Maintenance and Support. The intent of this announcement and the information provided in response to this Notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources, including small businesses and socio-economic sources, capable and qualified to fulfill the requirements identified in this announcement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $34M. The Government is seeking firms capable of providing CPPS Maintenance and Support. Firms must provide a response that demonstrates that they are capable of providing development, utilities, services and maintenance support relating to the current CPPS system including: •
