Description: The Space Systems Command (SSC) is issuing this Special Notice to provide critical program updates regarding the Strategic Services Vehicle (SSSV) program. This announcement serves as a direct follow-on to, and is linked with, the original request under RFQ1773052.

Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted or returned. All communication must be conducted via email for tracking and administrative purposes. Amendment 6: Please see the updated solicitation schedule for the remaining SSSV constellations below:
The estimated release date for the SSSV Finance Support BPA RFQ has been updated to Calendar Year 2026, Quarter 3. Update Finance Support NAICS and GSA SIN to 541219. The estimated release date for the SSSV Security Support BPA RFQ has been updated to Calendar Year 2026, Quarter 4 (end of Quarter). Update Security Support NAICS to 541513 and GSA SIN to 54151S, 518210C, 54151HACS.
The estimated release date for the SSSV Engineering Support BPA RFQ has been updated to Calendar Year 2027, Quarter 2.
Amendment 5: Update Acquisition Support NAICS and GSA SIN to 541611 and 541219 and update the title and size standards.
Amendment 4: Update RFQ for Acquisition Support as it was released on GSA eBuy! (RFQ1803800) on 01 April 2026 with due date of 04 May 2026 at 4:00PM PST; reorganize
order of release from Security, Engineering, Finance to Finance, Engineering, Security; and updated estimated release quarters to CY2026Q2 for Financial Management Support, and CY2026Q3 for Engineering Support and Security Support.
Amendment 3: The estimated release date for the SSSV Acquisition Support BPA RFQ only has been updated to be released on Calendar Year 2026, Quarter 1. Amendment 2: The estimated release date for the SSSV Acquisition Support BPA RFQ only has been updated to be released on Calendar Year 2025, Quarter 4. Amendment 1: The overview paragraph mentioned released of the remaining four (4) SSSV BPAs on Calendar Year 2025 (CY2025). This is now corrected to say Calendar Year 2026 (CY2026), consistent with the description of the remaining BPAs. This is a SPECIAL NOTICE to provide updates on the six (6) Strategic Services Vehicle
