STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

REQUIREMENT: Rapid-Deployment Inflatable Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Shielded Enclosures
REQUIRING AGENCY: Executive Communications Division (ECD), Command and Control Support Agency (CCSA), HQDA G-3/5/7.
DATE: October 29, 2026

1.0 Technical Specifications & Requirements

The Contractor shall deliver equipment meeting the following salient characteristics: 1.1 Item 0001: Inflatable EMI Shielded Enclosures
•

Quantity: Two (2) units

•

Internal Dimensions: Nominal dimensions of 4ft wide/4ft deep/7ft tall of clear internal working space.

•

Structural Framework: Heavy-duty, high-pressure inflatable airbeam/tubular structure engineered for rapid deployment and takedown by one to two personnel without rigid structural poles or complex mechanical tools.

•

Weight: Total component cases must each weigh no more than 55 pounds.

•

Case size: When packed, each case must be no larger than 3’ x 3’ x 2’. The case must be checkable on commercial flights world-wide.

•

Shielding Efficacy: Multi-layered, high-grade conductive metallized fabric shell engineered to attenuate Radio Frequency (RF) and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) across standard military communications spectrums. Enclosure must adhere to TEMPEST/NSA accreditation such as NSA No. 94-106.

•

Ingress/Egress: Double-closure or conductive overlapping RF-tight entry door system maintaining electrical continuity and attenuation integrity when fully sealed.

•

Floor Construction: Integrated, wear-resistant, abrasion-resistant conductive floor layer suitable for use in diverse tactical, expeditionary, and indoor deployment surfaces.

1.2 Item 0002: Intake & Exhaust Ventilation Assemblies
1.2.1 Quantity: Two (2) sets (one set per enclosure)
1.2.2 Airflow Management: Dedicated positive/negative low-noise intake and exhaust ventilation blowers providing sustained airflow and thermal comfort during extended single-occupant operations.
1.2.3 EMI Waveguide Attenuation: Honeycomb waveguide vents designed to allow free passage of air while blocking RF and electromagnetic wave propagation through the ventilation ports.
1.2.4 Interconnect: Secure mounting flanges and power cabling compatible with the enclosure's filtered electrical distribution system. 1.3 Item 0003: Filtered Power Distribution Strips

1.3.1 Quantity: Two (2) units (one unit per enclosure)
1.3.2 EMI/RFI Filtration: High-performance power-line filter assembly designed to suppress conducted emissions and protect equipment against RF leakage
