NSSC PRODUCT STATEMENT OF WORK

Description / Scope / Technical Acceptance of Quote
1. Description/Requirement.
CodeWorks is a powerful static code analysis tool that detects bugs, vulnerabilities, and code smells using a custom-built linting engine. CodeWorks continuously scans your instance in real-time against a comprehensive list of ServiceNow® and JavaScript best practices and coding rules. It grades issues by impact so you can focus on urgent issues first and prevent problems from reaching production. The focus is on fixing issues not just finding them, so codeworks gives you the actual fix code to resolve coding issues. The end result is a more performant instance and a reduction in technical debt and development time.

2. Characteristics and Scope



CodeWorks users will sign in using only their own Agency-Issued credentials.



Any problems encountered will be referred, first, to the end-user’s immediate superior. If resolution is cannot made, the end-user will initiate a ServiceNow Ticket to the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) by calling 877-677-2123 or online via ServiceNow if available.



Whether the end-user works remotely on onsite, continual attention to the safeguarding of personal/private information is paramount.



If necessary, escalation of the reported concern/product-defect will be made to the appropriate levels of NSSC management.

3. Technical Acceptance of Quote:



CodeWorks is a new and a valid requirement of the Government. Carahsoft Technology Corps Quote (#57863035) is technically acceptable in all respects.

4. Place of Performance:



NASA Shared Services Center, Building 1111, Stennis Space Center, MS (or remotely if authorized).
