PROJECT NO. QYZH 250017
MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, IDAHO
This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements to procure Design-Build (DB) services to design the demolition of Dormitory 2425. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, services, equipment, and materials necessary for the performance of the work set forth herein.
Part 1
General Requirements
1. Introduction: The purpose of this project is for the DB Contractor to develop a full set of construction documents and execute all design, demolition, construction, and testing services required to deliver a completed project to demolish Dormitory 2425. 2. The wing operates F15E Strike Eagles and hosts international training crews, like the Republic of Singapore Air Force's 428th Fighter Squadron.

However, at current year costs to renovate and upgrade the facility does not warrant the expenditures of funds to place this facility into future service at MHAFB.
3. Scope of Work: The primary objective is to develop a complete and fully functional design and construction package to demolish Dormitory 2425. The DB Contractor shall provide all necessary architectural and engineering services to produce signed and sealed construction documents. This includes, but not limited to, performing a site investigation and all architectural and engineering design to develop drawings and specifications, perform the necessary work to include , but not limited to, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and site civil work.
