STATEMENT OF WORK
PROVIDE COMMERCIAL VEHICLES SUPPORT, USS MICHAEL MURPHY DDG112
Description: This Statement of Work is in support of USS MURPHY for 03-03 NOV 2026.
General Information: ONE (1) Sedan is required for this support. Start date/time is 03 NOV 2026 0800 hours. End date/time is 04 NOV 2026 1800 hours.
Requirement:
Vehicles must be in good condition, clean, working A/C. All Safety features must function and be in working order IE, Side Mirrors, Back up Cameras, Back up Sensors and all other safety sensors equipped. No Dashboard indicators may be lit IE Check Engine, Tire Pressure, and Alternator, Brake or any other Dashboard trouble code indicator. Vehicles must be at full level.
Vendor will deliver vehicles at requested time and location. Vendor must have the capability to replace a vehicle should it breakdown and or incurs safety discrepancies within an hour and continue service. Vendor will provide copies of vehicle registrations and auto insurance NLT 0800, 02 NOV 2026 to request Pier Passes through VCC and request for fuel QR Codes.
