“Design-Build Services – STM Security Fencing- North Boundary” The Alliance for Energy Innovation, LLC has entered into Contract No. DE-AC36-08GO28308 with the Department of Energy (DOE), an agency of the U.S. Government, for the management and operation of the National Laboratory of the Rockies (hereinafter called “NLR”). All references to “NLR” in this solicitation shall mean the Alliance for Energy Innovation, LLC. This solicitation is being conducted under the procedures for competitive subcontracts established by the National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR).

SOURCE SELECTION DETAILS

The type of sourcing strategy for this RFP is a Small Business Set-Aside. The selection process used to determine the offeror(s) awarded the anticipated subcontract(s) is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. All Statement of Work (SOW) requirements being met, all technical acceptability requirements being met, and with the lowest evaluated price. If through the course of considering this opportunity an offeror elects to decline to propose NLR requests a written response to the Subcontract Administrator named in this RFP specifically identifying the considerations leading to the decision. NLR may contact offerors invited to propose that elect to reject the offer to propose on the work as appropriate.
