• Egg Patty

Actual purchases shall be described in the AMS Master Invitation for Bid – Domestic Programs (MIFB-D) – previously Master Solicitation for Commodity Procurements – Domestic Programs (MSCP-D); and Solicitations.

Effective January 2027, USDA AMS will transition all contract compliance methods to AMS Quality Assessment Division (QAD) audit-based acceptance services highlighted under AMS Contract Compliance Option B. Contractors currently using AMS Contract Compliance Option A: Grading-Based Monitoring and Certification will be transitioned to an audit-based acceptance service.
For contract compliance, the Contractor shall request the use of an AMS QAD audit-based acceptance service for assessing compliance of the finished product. AMS shall seek to honor the request of the Contractor but reserves the right to make a final determination.

The Contractor shall ensure AMS QAD audit-based acceptance service is approved and implemented prior to bidding and maintain requirements for compliance until completion of the contract.
