Action: Sources Sought Synopsis / Request for Information Purpose: This is a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) in accordance with FAR 5.201. This is not a Request for Proposal or Quote (RFP/RFQ) or an Invitation For Bid (IFB), nor is it construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar supplies offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Specifications/Drawings: The[ST3.1] Government has access to drawings that are required to complete the requirement. Responses: The Government possesses the technical data package (TDP) and drawings necessary to perform this remanufacture. Because technical data is subject to export control restrictions, interested sources must possess an active DD Form 2345 (Military Critical Technical Data Agreement) registered with the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to receive drawings. Instructions for requesting the TDP will be provided upon receipt of a verified CAGE code and active JCP status.
