QC03 Manufacturer’s Certificate of Compliance
The Manufacturer shall provide a certification with each shipment to attest that the parts, assemblies,
subassemblies, or detail parts conform to the Order
requirements. When applicable, the true
manufacturers, lot, heat, batch, date code, and/or serial number must appear on the certification.
Certification must contain the following:
• Part number / Specification
• Quantity
• Name and address of manufacturing or processing location • Manufacturer’s lot, heat, batch, date code, and/or serial number (if applicable)
• Customer’s Order number when ordering directly from the manufacturer.
• If Authorized Distributor, include Authorized Distributor Name and Evidence from the OEM that
seller is an Authorized Distributor – attached to Certificate. QC07 Evidence of Test
The Seller shall provide results of inspections and tests (e.g., nominal operating load or pressure,
maximum proof load or pressure the hardware was subjected to, electrical resistance, continuity &
nondestructive testing/reports) performed by the Seller in accordance with the Order and specification
requirements.
QC18 Pressure Vessel Requirements
With each shipment, the Seller shall provide a letter of certification, drawing, or cut sheet stating
component meets one of the following (as applicable):
• ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII Div • ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section XIII
• ASME B31 series or ASME B16 series or CGA
• Burst Pressure Safety Factor of 4:1
