STATEMENT OF WORK

Objective/Requirements
NASA-GSFC requires repair of a Keysight/Agilent N5242A/ SG4920152 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz PNA-X network analyzer, where the analyzer’s computer/unit is no longer starting up with electrical power cable connected and the computer/PNA start button pushed. The system is a key piece of test equipment (on non-space flight hardware) used in a Detector Systems and Observational Cosmology microwave laboratory to characterize the performance of low temperature microwave technologies under development.

Characteristics, Scope, and Specs
The vendor shall perform the following duties:

Technical evaluation to diagnose the cause of the Keysight/Agilent N5242A/ SG4920152 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz PNA-X network computer’s failure to start. •
Standard repair of the diagnosed issue.

Vendor facilities.

The work is expected to be completed 60 days from the date that the vendor receives the network analyzer.
