Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work (SOW) describes training services ) for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), O ice of the Chief Information O icer (OCIO), Customer Engagement O ice (CEO) (“Government”). This SOW is issued in support of a private, virtual instructor-led delivery of one (1) course described herein.

1. Background

NASA OCIO/CEO is seeking scalable training to address increased demand for missionrelevant leadership development and practical Business Relationship Management (BRM) capability building across its workforce. Seeking private, virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions for the High-Performing Business Relationship Manager (HPBRM) Workshop.

2. Scope of Work

The Contractor shall provide private, virtual instructor-led delivery of one (1) course delivered as a dedicated cohort session for up to twenty-seven (27) Government participants. Delivery will be conducted live via Zoom (or Zoom for Government when required) and will include digital course materials, instructor-led facilitation, and Barkley Consulting Group logistics/program support.

Specific delivery dates/times will be mutually agreed between the Government COR and the Contractor within the Period of Performance.

3. Period of Performance

The Period of Performance (PoP) is one (1) month from date of award. The course delivery will be scheduled and delivered within the PoP unless otherwise modified in writing by the parties.

4. Roles and Responsibilities







Government Technical Representative: George Alcantar (NASA OCIO/CEO). The representative will serve as the primary Government point of contact for scheduling, coordination, rosters, and acceptance of deliverables.

Instructor(s): Contractor will provide qualified instructors for the course delivery.

5. Delivery and Logistics

 Delivery modality: Live, virtual instructor-led training (VILT) delivered via Zoom (or Zoom for Government when required).
 Digital materials: All student materials will be provided in digital format.  Roster: The Government will provide a final attendee roster no later than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled course (unless otherwise agreed).
