Tubing Fittings and Required Installation Hardware
1.0 Purpose
The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to define the requirements for the procurement, delivery, and acceptance of tubing fittings and required installation hardware for the E3 Component Test Bed Project
2.0 Scope
This procurement covers the firm-fixed-price purchase of the fittings and hardware defined in the attached table.
3.0 Requirements
3.1 Hardware Requirements
AN (Army-Navy) fittings shall be made of 316SS and comply with applicable specifications
(SAE AS4841, AS4842, AS4843 or AS4875)
O-rings will be made of virgin PTFE
Crush washers will be made of copper
MP (Medium Pressure) and HP (High Pressure) fittings shall be made of 316SS and comply with ASME B31.3 Chapter IX
Fitting List below.
3.2 Delivery Requirements
• Delivery: NLT 12 weeks after contract award.
• Partial deliveries are acceptable if some items have an extended lead time
3.3 Quality Assurance
The vendor shall provide a Certificate of Conformance (CoC).
4.0 Acceptance
Hardware will be accepted upon delivery, inspection, and verification of compliance with the SOW.
