The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO 15, intends to awarda Construction Contract for project 657-27-107 Replace Select Hot Water Heating System, located at the Saint Louis, Missouri VA Medical Center This project is being solicited as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Proposals received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 15.101-2, Best Value using Tradeoff source selection process. NOTE: The term offer, and bid are interchangeable for this solicitation. There is a Guarantee Period of Service for a period of one (1) year after completion and acceptance of the Heating Systems. Payment and Performance bonds are required.
