How can I get more details about the process and submitting?

Is the announcement also for colorimetric test kits or only for Desktop/table ETD system?

Can my system participate in the QPL process?

Can an OEM from another country obtain SSI following the procedures outlined in the announcement?

Does a current DD254 suffice as an "existing approved DD254" or must the DD254 be specific to ETD? Section 2.2.2 states that vendors can request a DD254 from TSA but it does not identify where to send the request. Can you please clarify the correct POC for this request? What if I have questions on the SSI / Classified documents when I receive them and the Question and Answer Window is closed?

All publicly available information is published to SAM.gov. Please see the instructions to request access to SSI and CNSI to obtain additional information needed to submit a system for testing. This announcement is for ETD Systems.
The announcement outlines the requirements for the QPL process. Any system that meets the requirements can participate.
Instructions for requesting access to SSI and CNSI for foreign nationals are outlined in the QPL Announcement. SSI and CNSI are provided to those individuals cleared to receive this information via this process regardless of where they are located.
The DD254 must be specific to ETD.
This information should be provided to the Contracting Officer at [email protected]. The QPL Announcement has been updated to clarify this requirement. A separate Question and Answer window will be open for vetted companies following the dissemination of the SSI / Classified documents.
