Zeks Combined Synopsis Solicitation REV1

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.2 and FAR Subpart 13.2 (Revolutionary FAR Overhaul version), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Combined synopsis/solicitation N6134027Q1002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to https://www.acquisition.gov.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has a requirement for Rapid Design, Development and Fabrication (RD2F) Lab to procure five (5) compressed air refrigerated dryer systems consisting of one (1) Zeks 250HSHAF00G refrigerated dryer, one (1) Zeks ZFC290G filter, and one (1) Zeks ZFC290H filter.

This is a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 333912 Air and Gas Compressor Manufacturing a business size of 1000 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this procurement is 4130.
