If proposing alternatives or substitutes, vendors should take note of "APPROVAL OF SUBSTITUTIONS AND ALTERNATIVES FOR FUNCTIONALLY EQUIVALENT ITEMS" section RFP for details.
BCSD reserves the right to award all network equipment to one vendor. All equipment includedin the vendors proposal must be new and from an authorized reseller of the manufacturers product for which they are quoting. No refurbished or grey-market gear will be accepted.The bid documents must be received by Wednesday, January 6, 2027, at 2:00:00 PM (Pacific) or earlier, in a sealed envelope, identified by bid identifier BCSD E-Rate Year 2027 RFP Bid # BCSD-ERATE-2027-RFP#01, and addressed to Bliss Propes, Superintendent Ballico-Cressey Elementary School District, 11818 Gregg Street, Ballico, CA 95303.
BCSD shall use the official U.S. time that is provided by the website www.time.gov to determine if the submission has met the deadline.NOTE: It is the total responsibility of the Vendor to return bids to BCSD by the required date, time, and place. The BCSD District Office hours are 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
The BCSD District Office is closed weekends and holidays: November 11, 20, 23 to 27, 2026; December 18, 21 to 31, 2026; January 1, 2027. BCSD cannot receive bids after office hours or when the office is closed. If bids are to be delivered via common carrier or delivery services, vendors are cautioned that express next day am delivery is generally not guaranteed in Ballico.
THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) WILL NOT DELIVER THE BIDS TO THE BALLICO-CRESSEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT OFFICE LOCATION.
