Rutherford County Library System (BEN 128243) is seeking proposals for E-Rate eligible Category One Internet Access for Funding Year 2027 at seven library locations.

Proposals are requested for Dedicated Internet Access (symmetrical) at 1 Gbps and 2 Gbps, and Shared Internet Access (asymmetrical) at 1 Gbps and 2 Gbps download. Bidders are encouraged to price both service types and both bandwidth levels at each location they propose to serve. Bidders may propose on one, several, or all locations.Bidders must complete the attached Price Workbook.
The workbook has separate pricing tabs for 12-month, 36-month, and 60-month contract terms, and bidders should complete each term tab for the options they propose. All proposals must include up to two optional one-year renewals. Bidders must list monthly recurring charges, non-recurring charges, and any special construction charges separately for each location.
Awards will be made site by site. Each location must be priced on its own, and pricing that depends on winning several or all locations will not be accepted.
