Full specifications, quantities, terms and submission instructions are in the RFP and the required pricing worksheet, both attached to this Form 470. Installation is not requested, and partial bids will not be accepted. No site visit or pre-bid meeting will be held. All questions and proposals must be submitted in writing by email to every contact listed in the RFP.
Contact with any other library staff will result in disqualification. Proposals must include a valid SPIN and comply with all FCC/USAC E-Rate rules, including Lowest Corresponding Price. Price of eligible products will be the most heavily weighted evaluation factor. The Applicant reserves the right to award all, part, or none of this request.
Offerors are responsible for monitoring EPC and the Form 470 for addenda.
