The Buffalo & Erie County Public Library ("BECPL") is seeking:(1) Internet access to its main library (and networked branch libraries) with a speed of at least 600 MBPS (upload and download), preferably via a fiber connection, that can be easily upgraded in the future to 1.0-2.0 Gbps; and (2) Wireless internet access is required for its two existing bookmobiles with an option to expand service for up to two additional bookmobiles.
