Caddo Parish School District (BEN 139307) requests competitive proposals for E-Rate Funding Year 2027 Category Two network electronics, associated software and licensing, installation, and eligible maintenance services, as described in RFP 02-27 Network Electronics and its attachments.The District seeks approximately 2,500 wireless access points with associated five-year licensing, approximately 175 48-port PoE network switches with associated network modules, power supplies, stacking components, optical transceivers, software licensing, and related accessories, or functionally equivalent products meeting the RFP requirements.The solicitation also includes eligible manufacturer maintenance and support for designated existing and proposed network equipment, subject to the specifications and eligibility allocations in the RFP.Installation services may include equipment removal and replacement, rack mounting, installation of components, transfer and management of existing cabling, and verification of equipment operation and connectivity.The District anticipates phased purchases under an initial one-year contract with two optional one-year renewals.
