A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on November 12, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District, 2490 Hilborn Road, Fairfield, California, in Conference Room #102 for the purpose of acquainting bidders with the bid documents and the work site. Qualified bidders must attend the pre-bid conference, attend the entire site walk, and must arrive on or before 9:00 a.m. to be eligible.
Failure to attend the pre-bid conference and the entire site walk or tardiness will render a bid ineligible. Please see attached RFP for complete details, site maps, and cabling specifications.
