All bidders must participate in the Oklahoma Universal Service Fund (OUSF) and include signed Attachment A OUSF Provider Verification with bid proposal. Bid deadline is December 4, 2026. Requesting bids for data transmission service only over leased lit fiber to connect MVG High School to the Physical Education Facility and Vocational Agricultural Building.
