Please note that vendors must attend the walkthrough in order to submit a bid. Any bids submitted by vendors who did not attend the walkthrough will be disqualified. The walkthrough will occur at Fredon Township School, 459 State Route 94, Newton, NJ. - To attend the walkthrough, you must email [contact in the Form 470] in advance and specifically identify who will attend on your companys behalf, as the district must have advanced notice of visitors. - You must sign and date the specification document and return it with your bid to indicate that you have read and will comply with the requirements set forth therein.

Failure to return a signed specification document will result in your bid being deemed incomplete for bid evaluation purposes. - All questions must be submitted in electronic format to [contact in the Form 470] and must include the Applicant name and Form 470# in the subject line. - All Proposals must be submitted to [contact in the Form 470].

Adherence to this requirement is your responsibility and cannot be imputed to the Applicant. - SPAM and/or robotic responses not reasonably related to the stated specifications will be deemed invalid and will be disqualified from consideration.
