All quantities are estimates as solutions proposed by service providers to meet the minimum specifications required may necessitate differing quantities. French Gulch-Whiskeytown ESD seeks the following specifications for their Category 1 Internet Access and Data Transport Services: Minimum of 200 Mbps scalable to Maximum of 1 Gbps.

The service connection is currently being serviced by Fiber Ethernet and seeks quotes from service providers that best suit the needs of the district. The District also currently utilizes a wireless point-to-point connection through the contracted service provider to reach Shasta County Office of Education (COE). The District is seeking services to be delivered to the following address: 11442 Cline Gulch Rd., French Gulch, CA 96033.

Bidders are to provide pricing at 200 Mbps scalable to 1 Gbps, include an explanation of their service offering(s), and provide rates on single-year contract terms, and three and five-year terms with option to extend (NOT TO EXCEED 5 YEARS). In the event French Gulch-Whiskeytown ESD enters into an agreement with a new service provider, the cost for additional implementation fees must be included in the quote.

Once awarded, French Gulch-Whiskeytown ESD, the present service provider, and the new service provider would need to collaborate on the timeline of action for the completion of a target date for the cut-over services. In addition, the current service provider will need to agree on month-to-month services while the transition to the new service provider is underway and completed.**Please follow this Form 470 in EPC to receive updates pertaining to the Form 470.SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid Proposals and will be disqualified from consideration.
