The decision of the Applicant is final. The Applicant will initially evaluate the proposals for requirements compliance and technical merit.
Proposals deemed acceptable will be reviewed to establish life cycle costs. The Applicant will then select a group of vendor finalists who may be asked to present and demonstrate the products and services included in their proposal. The demonstrations must focus on the proposed systems' ability to meet the Applicant's functional requirements while providing easy and flexible operation for the users.
Robo Bids:Due to the complexity and specific nature of the services requested, we require that all bids be submitted manually by an authorized representative of the vendor, including the necessary documentation, pricing, and terms. Bids submitted through automated systems that lack a tailored, manual response will not be accepted.
All vendors must ensure their proposals reflect the full understanding of the RFP requirements. A contract shall be awarded to the most responsible and responsive vendor based upon, but not limited to, the following criteria: Evaluation Criteria: Eligible Price/Charges - 35%Turnkey Solutions - 20%Understanding of Need - 15%Personnel Qualification - 10%E-rate Knowledgeable - 10%Proximity to School District - 10%All vendors must have a SPIN and be on green light status with USAC and be in compliance with all SLD/USAC/FCC regulations.
All vendors must have a current SPAC on file with USAC. Applicant would like to use the SPI invoice method.All quotes must be in writing [email] to Devrie Prouty, [contact in the Form 470], and include the SPIN & this Form 470#. Vendors are required to use the attached Pricing Sheet, proposals submitted without the pricing sheet risk being disqualified.
The deadline for all quotes will be 28 days after the filing of this Form 470. All bids must include an estimate of taxes, fees, and surcharges, as well as eligible/ineligible costs; otherwise, they could be disqualified and excluded from the bid process.
