Cedar Cliff Local Schools objective is to seek bids for a Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS) contract that includes the operation, management, and monitoring of eligible broadband internal connections required to provide internet access and connectivity for the school district.MANDATORY SITE VISIT:Visitors must schedule an individual site walk-through with the district by emailing [contact in the Form 470].
Review the RFP to see the dates of availability for scheduling as well as location information.BIDDING REQUIREMENTS:All questions must be submitted in writing by November 30, 2026. Written answers and material clarifications will be made available equally to all prospective bidders through email communication. Proposals must be emailed to [contact in the Form 470] no later than 29 calendar days after this 470 posting.
Late proposals will be disqualified. Vendor selection and contract award will not occur before the applicable Allowable Contract Date.Bids will be evaluated using a weighted matrix, with the price of eligible products and services as the most heavily weighted factor. Please read the attached RFP for detailed information about our request.DISQUALIFYING FACTORS:Failure to complete the mandatory site walk-through.Failure to submit a complete proposal with itemized pricing by the state deadline.Bidders must provide their E-Rate SPIN or documentation that an application for one has been submitted.Service Provider Invoicing (SPI) is mandatory.
The awarded vendor must agree in writing to provide discounted billing and submit FCC Form 474 directly to USAC for the eligible funded portion. Vendors unwilling to provide SPI billing will be disqualified. BEAR reimbursement billing will not be accepted.
