We seek symmetrical bandwidth at 300 +/- Mbps scalable to 1 +/- Gbps with guaranteed throughput to the school located at 7241 East 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46219, beginning 07-01-2027. Please provide laddered pricing in 100+/- Mbps increments in all bids and contracts. The Applicant requires that the selected vendor be willing to utilize the E-Rate SPI form of invoicing (discounted invoices)._____QuestionsNo informational meetings or building visits will be scheduled.
Any questions related to the technical aspects of this document should be directed to Amanda Mack, Business Manager at [contact in the Form 470] with a copy to [contact in the Form 470], no later than 12:00 pm (EST) on November 13, 2026. Answers to any written questions or any additional information, revisions, or clarifications to the RFP will be provided in the form of an addendum to be posted with the FCC Form 470 on the Universal Service (E-Rate) website.
