For a complete description of the services being requested, please refer to the District issued RFP for FY2027: "26 27 03TE Network Equipment"All prospective bidders are required to register with Planet Bids, at no cost to the Vendor.All inquiries or questions must be submitted via the Q&A feature on Planet Bids by November 12, 2026 at 12:00pm PST.
The District will not respond to phone or email inquiries. All addendum(s), questions and answers will be posted to Planet Bids at pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/60604/portal-home in addition to the E-rate EPC website at portal.usac.org/suite/2Bids will be received electronically through the Districts electronic bid management system Planet Bids, pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/60604/portal-home.
Bids are due by November 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that their bid arrives on time. The District is not responsible if the bid is not received by the due date. For full instructions on how to submit a bid, please refer to the District issued RFP.Due to the way EPC has been created with the service category questions, please consider information drafted into quantities, fields, and units as an educated guess at a minimum for the issuance of this Form 470 and RFP.
All quantities are estimates as solutions proposed by vendors to meet the minimum specifications required may necessitate differing quantities. Please refer to the RFP for details on equipment/services being requested and all requirements. NOTE that the service types "Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections" (BMIC) and "Managed Internal Broadband Services" (MIBS) are only as applicable with the Internal Connections solution proposed meeting the RFP requirements.
The District is not soliciting separate bids for BMIC or MIBS.To ensure that all Service Providers receive the same RFP information, it is required that you download the RFP directly from USACs EPC website , Planet Bids, or from the link in the posted Form 470. Please Follow this Form 470 to receive updates. SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration.
