All quantities are estimates as solutions proposed by service providers to meet the minimum specifications required may necessitate differing quantities. Kings River-Hardwick School District seeks the following specifications for their Category 1 Internet Access and Data Transport Services: Minimum of 1 Gbps scalable to Maximum of 2 Gbps.
The service connection is currently being serviced by Fiber Ethernet and seeks quotes from service providers that best suit the needs of the district. The District is seeking services to be delivered to the following address: 10300 Excelsior Ave., Hanford, CA 93230. Bidders are to provide pricing at 1 Gbps scalable to 2 Gbps, include an explanation of their service offering(s), and provide rates on single-year contract terms, and three and five-year terms with option to extend (NOT TO EXCEED 5 YEARS).

In the event Kings River-Hardwick enters into an agreement with a new service provider, the cost for additional implementation fees must be included in the quote.
Once Kings River-Hardwick School District, the present service provider, and the new service provider would need to collaborate on the timeline of action for the completion of a target date for the cut-over of services. **Please follow this Form 470 in EPC to receive updates pertaining to the Form 470.SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid Proposals and will be disqualified from consideration.
