The applicant is seeking Antennas, Connectors, and Related Components, Uninterruptable Power Supply/Battery Backup and Necessary Software and Licenses, Racks, and Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections for above serving for 9 sites. Multiple function and service types have been added as well as quantities increased as a precaution in the event that any services may be reclassified by USAC as needed during the application review process.
The applicant has standardized on the APC and Chatsworth platforms; however, equivalent products are acceptable. If proposing an equivalent product, please submit data verifying equivalency with proposal. Vendor Selection Criteria: The applicant will abide by USAC/E-rate rules relative to selection criteria. Specifically, the applicant will use the price is the highest weight in their evaluations to follow the requirements of the FCC (price being primary factor FCC 54.503) Selection Criteria will be (but not limited to): 1.
Cost of eligible goods and services (the highest weights) 2. Cost of ineligible goods and services 3. Vendor quote accurate relative to the RFP and meets technical specifications and design or bid requirements 4. Experience with E-Rate/Applicant/References 5. Financial stability. Vendor Information requests must reference this Form 470 number and should be emailed to the Technical Contact listed on this form no later than 10 AM PST November 20, 2026.
