Please reference Form 470 #270002963 on all correspondence.---------------------------------------- INTERNET RFP: seeks Standalone Internet Access Service/Internet Access and Data Transmission Services. We seek symmetrical bandwidth at 10 Gbps scalable to 25 Gbps with guaranteed throughput to the Applicants head-end located at Union Station Technology Center, 506 W South St, South Bend, IN 46601, beginning July 1, 2027.
The Applicant seeks a three-year contract with up to two optional voluntary one-year extensions; other terms will be considered. We will require 128 public IPv4 addresses. ---------------------------------------- WAN TO MADISON RFP: the applicant seeks seeks a lit fiber service to provide a WAN connection of 1 Gbps or similar between Madison Elementary School, located at 66030 Dogwood Road, Wakarusa, IN and the network head-end, located at the Penn High School 56100 Bittersweet Road, Mishawaka IN, beginning July 1, 2024.
The Applicant seeks a three-year contract with up to two optional voluntary one-year extensions; other terms will be considered. ---------------------------------------- APPLICABLE TO BOTH RFPs: No informational meetings or building visits will be scheduled.
