NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Redlands Unified School District (District) is seeking pricing for Basic Maintenance Internal Connections.

For a complete description of Basic Maintenance Internal Connections please refer to ""Request for Proposal: 10-25 - Basic Maintenance Internal Connections"". IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: Quantities are estimates and may increase or decrease over the term of the awarded contract. Due to the way EPC has been created with the service category questions please consider information drafted into quantities as an educated estimates for the issuance of this Form 470.
Please reference the attached RFP for more information and specifications. All inquiries regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to [contact in the Form 470] no later than December 22, 2026 by 4:00 PM PST. Answers to questions will be available on the USAC EPC website and the District website. Bids must be delivered to 20 West Lugonia, Redlands, CA, 92374 by Tuesday, January 12, 2027 no later than 10:00 AM PST.
Bids received after the above stated time will be returned to Bidder unopened. This bid is available on the USAC EPC website and at the District website. Addendums will be posted and available on the USAC EPC website and the District website.SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid Proposals and will be disqualified from consideration.
